This little guy is great! It's perfect for whipping up eggs for scrambling, or to add to a recipe. It's great for pancake batter, muffins, sauces, or any recipe that needs to be creamy. Because it is a small beater, I find it works best in a 2 cup measuring cup or my mixing bowl that narrows toward the bottom.
EVERY KITCHEN SHOULD HAVE ONE
I make my own skin products, which are generally thicker than a beverage. This hand blender is small enough to handle small quantities of a face cream, for example, yet powerful enough to emulsify it effectively. Just the item I needed!
have put a drop of vegetable oil on it like suggested and it spins like mad. Going to use it to whisk eggs for making tapioca pudding so that the eggs are not lumpy in the finished pudding.
Simple and practical egg whisk I got. My electric one that was broken recently. This one I used, which is very lightweight and the wires on this whisks are thinner than my old whisk, much easy to use. On the other hand, convenient and easy to clean
Sturdy all metal construction. Mixes well. I use it to stir protein powder rather than a shaker cup. No leftover clumps of powder stuck in the cup.
